Have to be flexible for Yoga?

What are your thoughts about Yoga? Yoga is only for the thin and young women, Yoga takes too much time. In fact Yoga can be done by men or women, underweight or overweight, younger or older. These Are only a few examples of misconception in society. In addition there’s also the argument that you have a flexible body for doing Yoga, it refers to the anatomical range of movement in a joint or series of joints, and length in muscles that cross the joints to induce a bending movement or motion when doing Yoga. In this opinion we really need flexibility of the body.

In another opinion; saying you have to be flexible to do yoga is like saying you have to be in shape to go to the gym. There may be a relationship between yoga and flexibility, but being flexible isn’t a prerequisite to do yoga. Yoga is practice then it’s perfect for the inflexible! Yoga is a part of  physical discipline that will help those who need to strength to cultivate strength, and for those who need to become flexible to become more flexible. Then  the one you need to be flexible is “your time”, spend your time half an hour to 1 hour for a Yoga session and enjoy a more healthy life
