Athleisure, a fitting contraction of the words “athletic” and “leisure,” refers to athletic apparel which people can wear in non-athletic settings. Comfort is always key for fashion, any stylish outfit can be stuck in your wardrobe because you missed this key, you will not go somewhere with uncomfort clothes right? Athleisure promises to give you comfort with trendy sporty styles. To be approved as an Athleisure style, clothes must have at least three key factors as below :

1. Materials
The Materials commonly used are well known performance fabrics like polyester, nylon, rayon, and spandex. Or the fabric which has better odor management like cotton.

2. Fit
Athleisure elevates itself from other casual and athletic clothing through a superior fit. We can see fit designs like leggings for women, or joggers for men. These products look good because of slim-fit designs.

3. Functionality
Athleisure is blurring the lines between the clothes you’d wear to the gym and those you’d wear to lunch, so the clothes must be functional for these situations. It must have supporting properties like moisture wicking and is breathable for gym activities and stylish enough for taking a lunch break.

Athleisure reflects a change in lifestyle, it goes hand-in-hand with an increased health consciousness, busy schedules, and relaxed standards of clothes. Athleisure is one of the styles you should try; layering your active jersey or sports bra with a bomber jacket, wear leggings with longer tops or shirts around your waist, that are easy ways to look athleisure.
