Rib is a double-knit fabric with the same look in front and back, has good elasticity and shape retention, especially in the width. Should be knit with cotton or polyester, again and again elasten can improve the elasticity of rib fabric.
Terry has a big difference in look between front and back of the fabric, in the front it has the same look as a single jersey, and behind it has protruding loops of thread. Moreover Terry also classifies into Baby Terry (has small little loops behind, soft handfeel), or French Terry ( has bigger loops behind, rough handfeel). Terry commonly used to make warm types of clothes, for example: Sweater, Hoodie, Jacket, or Sweatpants.
Waffle is a unique fabric with characteristic recessed squares that make this cotton fabric look just like the popular breakfast food it’s named after. Commonly used for making casual wear, outerwear. This fabric is extremely comfortable and most likely become a favourite for knit ladies outer. The Square pattern on waffle fabric also adjustable depends as needed, small or bigger is up to design of clothes.
