Women’s sports clothes are generally made to be tight, this makes women’s bodies feel more compact, fit, and it certainly does a great job at highlighting the beautiful shape of the body. Choosing Tight or Loose sport clothes is based on your needs and situation. Wisely wear the clothes that fit in your body; clothes that are too tight could lead to discomfort when you’re doing exercise and potentially cause injury, while clothes that are too loose, could potentially make you trip or fall.
